Strategic Vision and Frameworks

We are delighted to launch the latest edition of our Strategic Vision and Frameworks document.

We believe that this document sets out the values of our Trust and the principles of a high-quality organisation which is committed to providing the best, fully rounded education to the children and young people in our academies, which is their fundamental right. We believe that this strategy sets out through our frameworks how we will deliver excellence for them while being committed to continual improvement.

We believe the values and frameworks will enthuse and give assurance to our young people and their parents, carers, families and the wider community which we have the privilege to serve.
To our colleagues in the Trust, many of whom contributed to the creation of this document, it will inspire them to continue to work in our positive, high performing and supportive culture.

To our academy leaders, it sets out the clarity of how our academies share important features to nurture collaboration and ensure excellence while each retain their individual identity and character. 

To our colleagues in education and other sectors, it describes our commitment to partnership working and sharing best practice freely.

To those considering joining our Trust, whether as a prospective parent or carer, employee or as a school, it provides clarity of the nature of the Trust and the invitation to be part of a special organisation on an exciting developmental journey.
